As a planner, you will:Forecast monitoringBuild forecasts for all our activities on the different markets, and integrate them into our planning tool.Verify and correct the historical volume charts for our activity.Participate in the sizing process with the WFM Manager and the Operations Managers.Planning:Create the planning model according to flows, indicators, and resources.Optimise planning by activating the levers at their disposal (mutualisation, paid holiday, destaffing...).Ensure that the planning corresponds to the needs and meets the requirements in terms of objectives and the wishes of the partners.Maintain the parameterisation of our planning tool so that all agents and planning files are aligned with the field. Ensure that all operational constraints are taken into account in the parameters of our planning tool (Sites, Schedules, Vacation...).Vacation management:Supervise the proper validation of vacation days requests.Monitor and continuously adapt the availability of holidays at the destination of our teams according to the needs and the volume of calls received.Take care of the requests sent by the different managers regarding the planning of their teams, including "Bolsa de Horas" requests of long term which require planification.And other tasks included in the professional category.About you:Previous experience in a similar role.High level of Excel/Gsuite knowledge.Good communication skills, verbally and written.Good analytical and organisational skills.Proactive and capacity to foresee the needs of the department.Language: English, French and Spanish are valued.SQL knowledge valued.What we offer:By joining papernest you will benefit from a package composed of:
