Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market. As Paid Media Specialist (Position) you will: As a key member of the marketing department, you will play an important role working with local and global stakeholders in alignment and in coordination with our agencies to develop exciting paid media campaigns which build BYD brand awareness and sales performance in each market. Supporting the media agency and markets in planning and implementing media campaigns and providing updates and results to the wider European BYD automotive team. This role is an opportunity for anyone interested in paid media to gain experience working in a dynamic growing brand and work across Europe with campaigns covering all areas of the marketing funnel. Key objectives and responsibilities: Ensure media plans are signed off on time to go live Work with head of media to develop marketing strategy for BYD Poland Work with relevant agencies to ensure creative requirements are understood for media campaigns and delivered on time Liaise with markets to ensure media plans fit sales plans and needs Create presentations on activity and results for senior management team to review Support media team in launching all new products Ensure POs are provided and invoices paid in a timely fashion Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets Key results: Web traffic driven by media campaigns Growing market share in all national sales companies across Poland Improving brand awareness and image of BYD in Poland Qualification and requirements: University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines. Effective and fluent communicator in English and Polish. Excellent Microsoft office skills. Experience in programmatic media planning and execution search and performance max campaigns. Knowledge of current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns – particularly cookie less campaigns Customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient and open minded. Results oriented.
