You take a human-centred, collaborative approach to delivering products: connecting the skills and know-how of a diverse team to design tools that make a serious impact in people's lives.We want you to have:A deep desire to collaborate with designers, strategists, and technologists to develop new ideas, launch amazing products, and deliver exceptional experiences4+ years of professional experience creating software products and servicesManaged 2+ products from concept through production rolloutConducted research, workshops, and testing to inform product requirements, strategy, and directionCreated and managed product backlogs, requirements, and roadmaps using industry-standard tools like Jira or Azure DevOpsHelped teams adopt and follow best practices (agile delivery, feature prioritisation, product definition, roadmapping, etc.)Strong presentation, consulting, and writing skillsA willingness to travel for key collaboration sessionsIt would be a bonus if you had:First-hand knowledge of different Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)Experience designing and conducting workshops for all levels of stakeholdersPut productivity and feedback loops into place, following DesignOps, DevOps, or ProductOps best practicesDeveloped both short- and long-term roadmaps and managed a product through multiple releasesImplemented documentation strategies for large or distributed teamsWorked on products with multiple, parallel tracks of workEqual Opportunities at frogfrog is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
