Job Overview
The Sr Marketing Intelligence Analyst will support the Marketing Intelligence team as a data analyst specialist handling marketing data, campaign performance data, and digital platforms specific data (eCommerce, Education, Marketing Automation, Customer Identification and Access management), transforming data into insights that drive business value through data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques.
Key Responsibilities Drive digitalization & process excellence by supporting the marketing, communication, and digital platform teams in finding growth opportunities through developing various types of reports and dashboards.Manage and maintain the automated processing, cleaning, and reporting of campaign and digital platform data to support the business.Help develop a data catalog for both business and technical stakeholders through building data governance documentation.Create interactive visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex information clearly and concisely using Power BI.Work with the data analyst team to understand information needs and design appropriate visualizations.Help automate data visualization processes through scripting and programming.Transform, enrich, and prepare data for analysis and visualization in dashboards.Design, update, and control of daily and weekly reporting.Present and communicate analysis results.Support business stakeholders through data visualization and manage backlog of requests through an agile framework.Your Profile 5+ years of professional experience designing interactive dashboards.Excellent visual skills, including demonstrable design knowledge, such as layout, typography, color, and interaction design, and fluency with BI tools.Expertise in SQL.Expertise in Power BI or any other data visualization tool.Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources.Experience with data cleaning using Python.Agile hands-on experience (advantage).2+ years working with SAP ERP Tables (advantage).Working knowledge of AWS and Snowflake.Able to achieve pragmatic results in a dynamic environment and capable of solving complex issues.Ability to understand business needs and co-create innovative solutions to address them.Service-oriented, flexible & team player.Attention to detail & technical intuition.Deep understanding of business customer data architectures and its assurance within operational flows and processes.Customer-centric mindset.Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to convey complex issues to non-technical sensitive audiences.Energetic, passionate, creative, straightforward and performance-driven personality.Self-motivated, proactive and accountable personality with distinct interpersonal skills to cultivate a network of effective working relationships in an international matrix environment.Used to live and work in a multicultural environment.High level of integrity and commitment.Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage.Job Summary
