Description:
The selected profile will be responsible for the following functions:
Participate and support the design team in the development of layouts, structural typologies of stands, construction details, structural and design elements, etc.Develop and draft stand projects from preliminary project to executive project.Define the types of materials and construction elements that meet the corresponding regulations and project specifications.Conduct measurement reports, project pre-encounters, and other project-related aspects.Prepare budgets for the projects under your responsibility.Coordinate and organize the production and logistics of the various pieces and structures that make up the stand.Control the execution of the developed projects in terms of cost, time, and quality.Provide on-site coordination during assembly to manage the assembly teams present in the project.Act as a liaison between the company and the client in the managed projects.Requirements:
Any of these qualifications are essential:
Education in Architecture, Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Works, or related technical studies.At least 2 years of experience in production management and assembly of stands, corners, or ephemeral architecture projects.Willingness to travel for assemblies outside of Madrid.Minimum B2 level of English.Benefits:
