As customer support, you will:

Support the Dutch customers regarding their inquiries on games, account information, and general questions.Stay up to date on games, rules and regulations, and the company's internal knowledge base.Support customers over chat, and sometimes via phone (rarely).The Profile
You're fluent in Dutch and English.
No experience is needed but will be a plus if you have been in the customer care industry.
Ability to work rotating shifts.
