Create content for trainingsProvide training to new Advisors (onboarding training)Share knowledge and educate the Advisors with product updates and best practicesUpdate and maintain the Knowledge base (KB)Monitor the CSAT and ensure accuracy of CSAT metricsIdentify QA problem areas, overseeing projects to address these issues, measuring the impact of these initiatives Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
