It is a real opportunity to be in contact with our users, listen to their needs, and directly measure the added value we create!Your missions:As a Lead Product Owner, you will be responsible for a Product Line, leading a dynamic and ambitious tech team composed of Product Owners, QA testers, Product Operations, and developers based in Barcelona.You will lead this new Product Line, created thanks to existing squads.You will report to the Head of Products and manage 3 Product Owners across 3 squads.Roadmap Prioritization: You will translate, prioritize, and deploy the product vision depending on user and business needs, helping the Product Owners of your Product Line to own their Roadmaps.Discovery: You will identify and analyze the high-level needs of our users and technical needs, assisting the Product Owners in conducting deeper Discovery.Specification: You will define and write specifications, as well as review those from the Product Owners you are managing.Delivery: You will follow and ensure the delivery of developments.Scrum: You will ensure the Scrum methodologies and ceremonies are followed.Documentation: You will ensure the documentation of your Product Line, particularly in service of the Product Operations team.Management: You will manage 3 Product Owners across 3 squads, accompanying them to achieve their goals and help them upskill.Minimum Requirements:You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Tech Management.You have good technical appetite: you can deal with Product as APIs/Web services.You are a good leader: you know how to motivate and inspire your teammates.You are not afraid to tackle challenging and complex topics.You have excellent communication skills: able to adapt to the person you are talking to.You are comfortable with Scrum methodology.You are comfortable working in English.Why FCM?A modern and human management focused on personal development, to support you in the evolution of your career.You will enjoy a Personal Weekly Discovery Coaching with an Expert.You will benefit from strong onboarding in the Business Travel Industry.You will work in 3 languages: French, English, Spanish!Free language lessons (among many possibilities).You can work on-site or in a hybrid model—it's up to you!We offer an interesting package: participation in the private mutual insurance company + attractive remuneration.30 days off per year, flexible work organization, and reduced working hours in summer.Table tennis on the terrace, Nintendo Switch, and several activities organized by the ambassadors!A work atmosphere as exciting as it is pleasant, thanks to funny, passionate, and involved colleagues!Location: Hybrid (08007, Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain)Product Team #J-18808-Ljbffr
