THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Education Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. You will be an innovative, high EQ professional – someone who can shape, lead and deliver. You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a comprehensive Professional Education plan for various stakeholder groups, including surgeons, nurses, surgical societies as well as cross-functional internal teams. The plan will be closely aligned with strategy to ensure relevance and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build relationships with medical professionals and healthcare partners to identify education gaps and develop medical education strategies.

Execute the integrated Professional Education plan across the New Zealand strategic focus areas, delivering differentiated training programs and highlighting opportunities for synergies across the offerings.

Work with Surgical Societies and Clinical Leaders to attain their endorsement for the Professional Education offerings, ensuring alignment with the New Zealand Professional Education framework.

Collaborate with peers and partners in New Zealand, Australia and the Region to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Manage capacity requirements for surgeon development across New Zealand, working with Australia and coordinating efforts to avoid duplication of offerings.

Ensure compliance and regulations related to external events.
