Key Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proven background in fine dining
Ability to work in pressure, stress, and long working hours work environments
Ability to lead a multicultural team with values and respect
Available to begin work in October/November 2024
Possession of a C1D Visa, STCW, Seamen's certification, Yellow Fever & COVID Vaccination, and Medical Certificate is advantageous (All listed certificates & visas may require upfront payments from you if you are hired).
Experience working in Luxury Cruise environments or Five-Star Hotels/Resorts. Michelin experience is preferred.
