We are seeking a data-driven, operations focused and hands-on operations professional to help lead our pilots in EMEA. In this critical role, you will be helping to test our latest hardware and innovations in the field - so we can get data and understand how well our new hardware performs in the cities it is deployed in. You will be responsible for working with the local operations team in the city, and be a bridge between this team and the global product and engineering teams in order to solve a range of problems in order to launch and pilot the new hardware.From fixing software issues to creating SOPs on how to repair the new hardware - you will be in the middle of all teams to get things done. You will also get to understand our latest innovations and come up with best-practices on how to manage the new technology. What you'll do: Work with the local operations team to launch and manage the pilots - this includes ensuring the hardware is ready for customer use, handling logistics, ensuring the local team has what they need to manage the new hardware, and solving problems as they arise.Work cross functionally - you will be the bridge between all teams involved in the pilot, and will need to communicate problems clearly in order to fix them. This could be anything from fixing the new ebike/escooter's software, to helping mechanics understand how to fix the new vehicles in an efficient manner.Analyze large sets of operational and customer data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, including patterns in rider behavior
