Regulatory Credit Risk Analyst II

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGSCIB is looking for a Regulatory Credit Risk Analyst based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE (HEADQUARTERS) office.
As a Regulatory Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of regulatory review processes (ECB) and internal review processes (audit and internal validation).
You will work alongside the Credit Risk, Model Owner, Methodology teams and several other teams within the organization.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Coordination of ECB inspections and remediation plans for findings detected by the supervisor.Monitoring of the findings raised by the supervisor in the inspections as well as compliance on time according to the remediation plans.Periodic report on the progress status of the findings to the regulator and to SCIB's senior management.Coordination of the different audit processes in Credit Risk SCIB, maintaining the relationship with audit and with the different teams impacted in the review process.Monitoring the recommendations from the global unit and from the branches.Periodic report to SCIB management on the status of recommendations.Participation in strategic corporate projects in SCIB Credit Risk with regulatory impact and involvement in working groups to remedy regulatory weaknesses or audit recommendations.Assist in preparing special materials for presentations or documents to senior management, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as needed.EXPERIENCE- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or consultancy industry, specifically within the credit or market risk space.
- Relevant experience would also include any risk portfolio management experience or regulatory experience.
EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or Engineering.
- Basic credit or market risk management.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Open to rapidly evolving environments, showing adaptable skills.
- Efficient player, results-oriented, and able to interact swiftly and efficiently with a wide range of stakeholders (showing proactivity).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively convey findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
