To grow our business, we make growing our people a top priority.About The RoleThe role has two main objectives:Objective number 1 (Product Management): to support the relevant product franchise(s) in achieving the goals and objectives of the Peripheral Interventions Division, in particular the vascular area.
This person should drive the achievement of business growth and goals through focused market/competitive analysis and the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans (focused on digital and traditional actions) in coordination with the sales and marketing organization.Objective number 2 (Marketing Operations): to support the planning, analysis and execution of marketing activities, through the creation of a framework of processes powered by Sales Cloud.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeMarket Development:Assist in the development and responsible for the execution of post market strategies; Identifies clinical/market trends and suggests new product/marketing opportunities; Creates and manages Physician training and education programs; Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for product areas consistent with the overall franchise goals and Strategic Plan; Supports field executionof marketing customer journeys through active presence in the field, working with sales representatives and clinical specialists; Develops creative approaches to market existing/new products.Marketing Operations:Set up guidelines to plan marketing activities based on data; Set up follow-up processes to ensure proper execution and follow-up of marketing activities, both from the sales and from the marketing teams; Leverage SalesCloud as the cornerstone for all planning and follow-up marketing and sales activities.Building and Maintaining Relationships:Identifies and develops relationships with key opinion leaders in the field; Develops and support structure and relationship with sales representatives and sales management through responsiveness to their questions, needs and issues; Develops and maintains relationships with key functional areas including market research, clinical and regulatory, finance, commercial contracting, HEMA; Develops and maintains relationships with the EMEA MKT team and reinforce the Iberia presence in the international environment.Planning and Analysis:Develops operational product launch strategies and identifies product roll-out strategy in collaboration with international marketing and sales manager; Franchise/product responsibility for developing competitive strategy and product analysis; Assists in providing market potential/analysis in developing market planning documents that encompass strategic planning, marketing plans, etc
