How your day will look like As a member of the delivery project team, you will be responsible for specific tasks, including software packaging and development using Intune.
You will support our 2nd and 3rd Level Support for customer environments.
You will work on automation jobs, ensuring that customer environments remain operational and efficient.
You will engage with our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) framework and actively contribute to enhancements and automation efforts.
You will create and maintain documentation, instructions, and checklists, as well as update the knowledge database.
You will conduct training sessions for internal teams.
If you're interested, you'll have the opportunity to assist our Azure architects in implementing and planning customer requirements, allowing you to expand your skills in this area.
Your profile You have at least 2 years of experience as a System engineer and have ideally already acquired knowledge in cloud engineering in the Microsoft environment.
You are an expert in Microsoft 365 administration, PowerShell scripting, and application packaging with Intune.
You have a proven track record of delivering complex projects with ease.
Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of Infrastructure as Code and with Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
You possess hands-on experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions, including Microsoft AutoPilot, MDM, MAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
You have an independent way of working, customer-oriented thinking, and high-quality standards.
An outgoing personality with a joy for customer contact is essential.
You have completed a university degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional training.
EU citizen or Spanish work visa is required.
Excellent communication skills in English are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients; German is an advantage.
