Job DescriptionThe Global Commercial Excellence (GCE) team operates across Galderma's three business units (Aesthetics, Prescription and Consumer care), and partners with both the global business unit teams and the regions and markets to build the right commercial skills, tools, and processes to deliver the desired value proposition to Galderma's customers.
As the Global Commercial Excellence Director, you are accountable to establish company-wide capabilities on salesforce effectiveness, key account management, and sales training.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou define and implement the global segmentation and targeting methodology, the tracking of sales and incentive plans and the global sales academy, working with key market regional and country commercial excellence teams to co-create standards for Galderma.You continuously collect and track insights to optimize the sales and incentive plan working with the regions to ensure a best fit to their markets and report to the senior management team on sales and incentive plan effectiveness.You follow up on sales effectiveness information from the regions to inform the overall global commercial excellence roadmap and to identify areas of improvement to implement and optimize field sales capabilities.
