Axiomatic_AI's mission:
Axiomatic_AI is launching with the aim to accelerate R&D by 'Automated Interpretable Reasoning' (AIR) -- a verifiably truthful AI model built for reasoning in science and engineering. Axiomatic_AI is hiring top talent interested in a future of human reasoning aided by -- not replaced by -- AI, and a future that empowers a new generation of innovators to solve important problems through deep-tech engineering in the semiconductor ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with machine learning experts and customers in the semiconductor industry to develop Automated Interpretable Reasoning engine.
Test methodologies to automate design and measurement workflows.
Collaborate with partners to develop selected aspects of the product.
Qualifications:
M.S. or Ph.D. (or equivalent) in electrical engineering, applied physics, or a related discipline.
Expert knowledge in the simulation, design, layout, and testing of integrated photonic circuits.
Experienced with the design-fab-test cycles using photonic foundries.
Expertise in designing high-performance, low-power photonic devices for various applications.
Experience in machine learning methods.
Proficiency in optical simulation software, such as Ansys Lumerical, COMSOL, or similar, and programming in Python.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
