Location: Office located in Barcelona, Spain or full-remote
Responsibilities:Establish a relationship of trust with every customer who contacts us, representing the values of the company.Provide first level support on domains, email, hosting, dedicated and virtual servers, and website creation tools.

(Swiss-German would be a big plus)English language skills are welcome; Italian and French are a plus.Demonstrable previous experience in customer service and/or helpdesk is preferred.
