We are recruiting a brave mind with a native level of Spanish and bilingual in Italian to join us at our Madrid CoE office!
Your primary focus will be to build and maintain updated data of Healthcare Professionals to offer support to our customers and ensure that any change is correctly verified through different channels according to our business rules.

What to expect: Recruit target doctors and follow up on their participation.
Create doctor's engagement.
Call new doctors to invite them to participate in our research and widen our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum rate of return.
Proactively alert the manager on any issue or deviation in the standard procedure.
Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements Spanish native / Italian proficient speaker is required.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Practical experience maintaining & updating databases is an advantage.
Great attention to detail, accuracy, and strong teamwork skills are mandatory.
Further tasks would include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and in some cases, translations of text passages.
