Members of this group work side by side with business managers to attract, manage, and retain top-quality people.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end process of the monthly payroll, accounting, on/offboarding, time and attendance, reporting, etc.First line helpdesk for any payroll and benefits questionsAssist with audit preparation, active involvement in External and Internal AuditsSupport the benefits administrationMaintain record management in line with local regulations and firm policiesUndertake or participate in individual, team, or department projects as requiredRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsFluent in Spanish and good level of EnglishPrevious experience in end-to-end Spanish Payroll processExcellent administrative and numeracy skillsHandling large volumes of data with great attention to detail and work in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to changing prioritiesAbility to handle highly confidential and sensitive informationAbility to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with employees as well as HR colleaguesFlexible and strong team playerPro-active attitude to problem solving and executionAdvanced PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint#LI-DNI#J-18808-Ljbffr
