The project: "Enhancing Photoelectrochemical Performance of Organic Substrates through Oxidation Reactions– PHOVOS"1.4. Working hours: 37.5 hours/week in the morning/afternoon sessions1.5. Purpose. The successful candidate will collaborate in the research project: "Enhancing Photoelectrochemical Performance of Organic Substrates through Oxidation Reactions– PHOVOS". Dept/Institute: University Institute of Electrochemistry.Tasks to be carried out: Demonstration of photoelectrochemical systems capable of functionalising complex organic molecules.Elucidation of the mechanism and kinetics of catalytic processes by means of various spectroscopic techniques employed under operating conditions (infrared and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy), in addition to analytical techniques (nuclear magnetic resonance and gas chromatography).Support in the supervision and direction of young researchers in research projects (degree, master, doctoral thesis).Participation in international conferences to disseminate research results and collaboration in the organisation of seminars and dissemination events.Publication in international scientific journals.Third. Job profile Preference will be given to:Those with experience and training related to the tasks mentioned in section two and to:Semiconductor (oxides and chalcogenides) and metallic electrodes for application in electrochemical systems
