Reference: I-PI 144-24.Project: TSI-100121-2024-10 funded by the Spanish Ministry of Digital Transformation and Public Function and by the European Union-Next GenerationEU/PRTR.Number of Vacancies: TwoJob Position: PhD junior researcherFunded Line of Research: "Big Data, Data Space, Artificial Intelligence and Health"Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week in morning/afternoon sessionsRemuneration: €2,300 gross/monthly (plus extra payments in accordance with current regulations)Job Profile Preference will be given to those with:Experience and training related to the tasks listed in the second section of this call and to:Pentaho as a tool for developing business intelligence applications and tools for data transformation and analysis: Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) and Mondrian.Programming languages for AI and big data: Scala, Python, and SQL.Libraries for developing AI algorithms: SparkSQL, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.Development and implementation of classical machine learning and AI algorithms: k-nearest neighbours (KNN), decision trees, support vector machines (SVM), linear and logistic regression.Development of neural network- and deep learning-based algorithms.Knowledge of Catalan.Requirements for Applicants Compliance with the requirements listed below must always refer to the date of expiry of the deadline for the submission of applications and must be maintained until the date of entering into the contract.
