What are we looking for?
The mission is to contribute to the company's results with your assigned team, guiding and inspiring the Sell In - Sell Out team (delegate, tandem, SOP) through monitoring, training and daily support. Ensuring the area's billing plan, distribution and visibility of its 25 clients and those of its collaborators.

What will your challenges be?
The main responsibilities are: Coaching/Trainer and motivator of the team to inspire them and help them improve.Identifies areas for improvement and ensures the execution of the team's or area's commercial strategy in terms of billing, visibility, and distribution.Be the primary SI/SO lead on the team, ensuring that the SO plan is properly applied and leveraged in the SI.Ensures that the Priority Plan is perfectly implemented and executed in each pharmacy, both those managed by himself and by his team.Negotiates and agrees on the recommended assortment in his group of clients (25) and monitors the evolution of compliance with it in his team.Achieve in the own area and with the clients, the best permanent visibility for the brand through the negotiation of displays and the best placement in the different categories.Agree on the promotional plan with his clients, prioritizing the achievement of secondary locations and external visibility, making his team replicate what he does with his clients.Lead the Sales Developer team to ensure the optimal execution of the agreed plan with all the clients they visit.Communicate sales, visibility, and distribution priorities to the team and conducts daily and weekly sales monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance by each agent.Monitor competitor activity (strategy, product innovation, plans), communicates any relevant information, and takes corrective actions.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Experience: More than 5 years in a similar role.
Education: University Degree.
Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2) is a plus
IT: Excel, PPT, Word and Google.
