.Work Language: Spanish and recommended EnglishThe roleIn this role you will directly impact the Infant Nutrition Business by increasing Infant Nutrition sales and Market Share in the pharma and parapharmacy channel, developing and implementing territory plans in line with national and regional strategy.What you'll doSales (estimated around 60% of time)Engage pharmacists into our Optifarma program: selling story, ensure optimal assortment, implement shelf organization, negotiate POP events, implementation of promotions, online/ digital activation, etc.Prospect and capture new high potential pharmacies in order to ensure we manage the most relevant pharmacies of the territory.Supervise O2C process for direct or indirect orders by ensuring alignment across all key contacts (customer, customer service, B2B coordinator, local wholesalers warehouses, etc).Ensure compliance of the assigned budget.Pharma Training and Nestlé Infant Nutrition Representation (estimated around 40% of time)Support pharmacy personnel by running scientific training sessions ensuring correct technical and commercial knowledge of Infant Nutrition category, highlighting competitive advantages of our products and services.Liaise with Medical Delegates and HCP Engagement Regional Developers to leverage territory plan execution.Represent Nestlé in local scientific events and in local pharmacy organizations (e.G., COFs).Track and report all relevant activity in the territory (Nestlé, competition and beyond IN category).Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes as implemented by Nestlé Policy and Procedures and the local Management System.We offer you...We offer more than just a job.
