Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong background in leveraging commercial datasets to drive actionable insights.
You will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing strategies, enhancing brand performance, and improving customer engagement through advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret pharmaceutical commercial datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, Salesforce, and similar sources.Develop insights in areas like Marketing Analytics, OmniChannel Analytics, Campaign Analytics, and Digital Analytics to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.Provide actionable recommendations through Content Analytics to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and digital assets.Monitor and report on Brand Performance Analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.Conduct Customer Segmentation analyses to identify target audiences and personalize marketing campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making processes.Qualifications: Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of its commercial operations.Expertise in working with pharmaceutical datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, and Salesforce.Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:Marketing Analytics / OmniChannel Analytics / Campaign Analytics / Digital AnalyticsContent AnalyticsBrand Performance Analytics / ReportingStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Proficiency in analytical tools and platforms commonly used in the pharmaceutical domain.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills: Experience with advanced analytical techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning.Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Strong project management and organizational skills.Seniority levelAssociate
