We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.As a Salesforce and E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our regional users with their day-to-day work in the system, but will also contribute to new initiatives,especially in the global implementation of a new Salesforce.Com-based e-commerce storefront for the Industrial Business.A high level of communication and collaboration across functions and regions is key to succeed in this role - ultimately this role will support EMEA and North American region, therefore worktime flexibility is required.General Tasks :- Provide first-line support for issues relating to Salesforce.Com and integrated systems - connect with IT specialists where required to drive issue resolution- Handle ad hoc report & dashboard requests- Coordinate and execute ongoing data maintenance and clean-up activities- Running UAT for any new features / bug fixes, preparing and conducting end-user trainingWebshop specific:- Support EMEA and NA region to implement the new webshop with UAT / Training and data cleanup activities- Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training andongoing usability improvement initiatives- Responsible for supervising and automating activities related to on/ offboarding and maintenance of customer accounts- Running constant clean-up and maintenance activities, connecting with responsible teams to ensure e.G. product data availability for introducing new products or marketing for aligning on special campaigns.- Generate E-Commerce KPIs and analytics to identify opportunities and improvement areasRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a similar field- Good knowledge and experience in Salesforce.Com is required, ideally experience with SAP - SD/OTC- Enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving analytically- Good data analysis skills- Creative Mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs- A motivated self-starter who thrives on prioritization and follow-through- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAxalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
