PositionBeing part of LOEWE gives you the opportunity of learning new things every day and working with people passionate about what they do, in a fast-paced environment and in a company full of ambitions.We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Specialist to cover a Maternity leave that will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Wholesale team, as well as serve as an operational liaison between the team and other departments such as Logistics, Merchandising and Marketing.The candidate will closely collaborate with Loewe's Wholesale teams across different regions worldwide, and report to the Wholesale Operations Coordinator.Your role will be:Support wholesale accounts servicing, partnering with regional Wholesale Account Managers.Allocate and distribute merchandise according to clients' collection order and established delivery window.Calculate, account and provide information about the shipment and invoicing statistics.Oversee deliveries and payments, regular updating of sales order and payment recaps.Support the commercial team providing professional communications with clients and offer them the desired level of service in answering their queries.Partner with Merchandising team to request shipment status and effectively communicate to the Wholesale Account Managers any delivery issues.Be the key wholesale representative in cross-functional conversations, and ensure any changes, dates or new processes are communicated and adhered to.ProfileWhat is important for the role:Advanced Excel Skills, confident in interpreting data.Knowledge of relational databases (SalesForce).Naturally proactive and creative problem solver, self-motivated and goal-oriented.Proven operational experience in the Fashion industry, including familiarity with wholesale.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.Strong eye for detail, highly organized and able to work calmly under pressure and deadlines.Collaborative, team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members.Fluent in English and Spanish.Additional informationAbout us:LOEWE has a rich legacy of craftsmanship dating back to its beginnings as a collective workshop and has long valued artisanal techniques in its approach to design and manufacture.
