Lead Project Execution and Process ManagementEnd-to-End Project Management : Oversee and manage critical projects to ensure they meet quarterly goals set by the CEO and COO. Coordinate efforts across departments to keep everyone aligned.System Setup and Improvement : Create efficient, scalable processes using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and project management software. Focus on clear timelines, accountability, and results.Process Improvements : Regularly refine our methods to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and achieve the COO's vision.2.
