This role is crucial in driving innovation, overseeing media-related IT initiatives, and leading the commercial IT aspects of Strategy & Insights (S&I), ensuring close collaboration with business functions and the Data & Analytics (D&A) team.The Marketing Tech Innovation, Media and S&I Lead will be responsible for the IT governance of media initiatives, exploring, and implementing technological innovations in marketing, and leading the IT implementation for S&I. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate the intersection of IT, marketing, media, and data analytics to promote a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.Key accountabilities, deliverables & KPIs, impact on business results Identify and leverage emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to enhance marketing strategies and media management. Work in tandem with the Global Media VP to unlock the technological capabilities behind media management, ensuring IT initiatives support the overarching media strategy. Lead the IT strategy for S&I, collaborating closely with Global S&I and the D&A team to integrate insights into business processes. Drive the adoption of innovative tools and practices within the marketing and media teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Develop and maintain a roadmap for marketing and media technology initiatives, ensuring they deliver value and are in sync with the media strategy.
