As National KAM, you will focus on delivering the overall objectives regarding volumes and customer contribution for Spain by managing your own set of national and regional customers, who are active cross-channel (convenience, supers, hypers, online). You will act as a sparring partner for the Sales Manager Retail in defining the best channel strategies inside the overall Retail channel. Your responsibilities include: Acquiring customer insights and building customer understanding to increase listings and in-store confrontation, in accordance with company category strategies. Working actively with external sales representatives to maximize brand conversion through strong in-store confrontation in all outlets of your customers. Participating in the integrated commercial planning process through the development of annual Customer Plans that support Brand and Channel Plans. Managing, in close collaboration with the Category Development Team, the customer decision-making unit at all levels and developing relationships with various contact persons to achieve account plan objectives. Preparing and delivering effective selling presentations to implement our Customer Business Plans. Developing timely and accurate forecasts (on volumes and spendings) for assigned accounts and revising them throughout the year. Negotiating pricing, assortment, and promotions to maximize sustainable sales & profit, operating within Lotus commercial guidelines. Analyzing sales figures and monitoring promotional activities to drive category insights. Leading and inspiring the Field Force team for your customers. Minimum requirements: You hold a university degree in business administration or equivalent. You have 3 years of relevant experience in key account management within FMCG. You possess good knowledge of the Spanish retail market. You have a good understanding of sales process dynamics: interrelations head office versus regions. You have good conceptual, numerical, and analytical skills. You are fluent in written and spoken Spanish, with a strong understanding of English (written and spoken). You are able to manage multiple tasks in parallel. You are a social and ambitious person who appreciates responsibility and takes initiative. You possess a positive mindset in life. #J-18808-Ljbffr
