In this role, you will analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Your core mission will be to drive process improvements and optimize business operations.
You will champion data-driven decision-making and promote data literacy within the organization.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other IT teams to ensure successful project implementations.
This position is created in the context of an IT transformation, including a move to agile practices.RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Lead (50%):Participate in strategic planning discussions to align Data & Analytics initiatives with the organization's business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Bridge communication between business & IT Organization.Data Analysis and Insights (20%):Analyze data using SQL and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Translate complex data into actionable information that informs business strategies and decisions.Dashboard and Report Development (30%):Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in these visualizations.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEEducational BackgroundUniversity degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related is a must.Masters degree is a plus.Experience5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related.Technical SkillsIntermediate knowledge in Power BI.Intermediate SQL programming knowledge.Knowledge in Databricks is a plus.Basic knowledge in advance analytics.Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Kanban.Soft SkillsCommunication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.Multi-tasking: Ability to manage different requests in parallel.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONRole based either in Spain (Madrid / Barcelona) or Poland (Krakow / Warsaw).Able to work remotely several days per week with occasional travel as needed.English is a must-have, and an additional (European) language is a plus.Work permit allowing work in Spain or Poland.WHO IS EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
