Craft: Data, Analytics & Strategy CCS Content Area is looking for a Product Manager to lead our New Player initiatives. The Content Area is one of the product areas in Candy Crush Saga creating new gameplay and experiences for our players. We're a multi-disciplinary team of about 40 people.
As a Product Manager in the Content Area you will: Build, drive and develop the product strategy and roadmap working closely with Engineering and other cross-functional colleagues such as UX Design, Game Design, Data Science, UX Research, Engineering, Marketing, etc.Build a great team environment, coordinating and aligning your "cross-functional" colleagues as well as stakeholders towards area goals.Define, measure and improve key metrics that inform the success of our products and features.Use analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, recommend A/B-test optimizations and provide input for gameplay improvements to increase user retention, engagement, and monetization.Incorporate player research, data and market analysis to implement to inform our Area strategy and roadmap.Provide stakeholders with regular or ad-hoc updates on initiatives and features.Skills to Create Thrills: Product management experience from live products/apps/games in a data-driven environment.Capable of conveying a product vision to a range of different audiences.Experienced in operation of live games or products and data-driven environments.Skeptical, curious, and analytical. In a word: scientific.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong quantitative analysis skills and a history of supporting data informed decisions.Reliable scheduling/time management skills.Proactive attitude, you're known by your colleagues as an intrapreneur.Working in a humble and open manner, with a willingness to both teach and learn from your colleagues.You're curious to answer questions such as: What makes a casual mobile game work? Why do people like it? How do games encourage players to stick around and want to spend money?
