Key Role: Process and maintain firm and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances and positions of trust.
Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge.
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in personnel security program administration, including working with EQiP, Consolidated Adjudication Facility (CAF) interaction, derogatory information processing, and adjudicative guidelines 3+ years of experience with JPAS, DISS, EISS, or Scattered Castles 3+ years of experience with security clearance programs, concepts, and principles Experience with directives covering DNI, DoD, and SCI personnel security Experience advising senior combatant command or component security officers Experience with collateral and sensitive compartmented facility management Experience planning for and executing security countermeasures Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications TS / SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with implementing federal security guidelines Experience with LENEL electronic security systems 24+ hours Site Security Manager (SSM) Certification ICD 705 certifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
