Our CEO is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant who can anticipate needs, think critically, and provide solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Position Details:
- Job mode and Location: Hybrid, with regular in-person meetings in Madrid
- Start Date: October the 1st
- Work Hours: 40-hour work week
- Benefits: 30 vacation days and potential for bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails, take messages
- Assist with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and car rentals
- Prepare invoices, order forms, and other documents
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent client communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a productive mindset
- Ambitious and proactive
- Work experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch and/or Bulgarian are a plus)
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure
