Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant and Office Manager in a 50/50 split of the time, to join our team and support our executive leadership while ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities: Personal Assistant Duties:Manage and maintain the executive's schedule (CIO), including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.Office Management Duties:Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and conferences.Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.Flexible work – Hybrid scheme of work-.Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Spanish and English C1-C2.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Familiarity with office management software and tools.
