Peripherals Networking Technology Operations - (R731)

Job Purpose: Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing.To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets.Prioritize own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved.Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales and Countries.Escalate any issues in a timely manner to European Business Manager / Category.Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required.In Peripherals SBU, the SOE books customer orders, but does not perform quoting.Knowledge Skills and ExperienceStrong attention to detail.Process driven & results orientated.Customer focused.Excellent organization skills.Effective time management and prioritizing skills.Numerate.Excellent communication skills.Excellent customer relations skills.SAP R3 (preferable).Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.Strong Excel skills.Strong Power Point skills.Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Cultural Competency RequirementsWithin Tech Data diversity is one of our fundamental shared values.
