Main responsibilities: Focal point for Global SC Reporting & Performance and responsible to run the monthly performance cycle – High exposure to Senior management (Global SC & M&S leadership team, Global M&S and SC Strategy and Excellence leadership) Lead the design and coordinate deployment team of the Global SC Executive Dashboard in line with GSC 2023 Compelling Business needs and priorities Perform adhoc analysis to support decision making of senior management in global SC and M&S Manage External benchmarking, business performance diagnosis and coordination of performance improvement initiatives Build, implement and keep up to date the internal policies, operating procedures & associated compliance:
Lead the definition and formalization of team governance, operating procedures and ways of working to maintain and optimize service level Ensure organization alignment, process adoption and learning path set up if needed Conduct regulatory monitoring and ensure compliance to our standards, requirements and core operating model (Self-Assessment) Anticipate, actively coordinate and contribute on activities linked to audits/inspections when applicable. Improve continuously the operational performance of SC Analytics organization processes:
Ensure to build partnerships with all our stakeholders to set up the best win-win collaboration Detect process improvement area promoting and driving culture of feedbacks Conduct risk assessment to identify gaps and make recommendations on actions plan Drive and support DAI and R&R definition and application. Lead communication (internal and external, through social media) and change management activities of Global Supply Chain Business Analytics team Responsible to coordinate external partnerships (Universities mainly, but also other Sanofi functions) Leads and coordinates the overall animation of the community of practice for Analytics. Measures Global Supply Chain Analytics performance (value delivered, integration to business processes of solutions delivered, adoption) Strive for standardization, simplification & digitization. Ensure that data is managed/analysed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements About you Experience: +8/10 years of experience in Supply chain Strong background in Supply Chain Management AI, Digital, Data & Analytics. Significant experience of SAP Order to cash and Customer Fulfilment or SC Planning processes. Project Management skills are a plus Soft skills: Ability to engage and collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver short, medium- and long-term projects; demonstrated ability to collaborate & influence. High level of emotional intelligence and business integrity; Technical skills: Advanced software development skills in at least two of the standard data science languages (such as Python, R, Scala, C++, Julia), and familiarity & flexibility with database systems (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, graph,..). Comfortable working in cloud high-performance environments (e.g. Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Apache Spark). Advanced skills in PBI and QS and other data visualization tools Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. APICS certification is an asset.
