Your Team
Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono (Renovables) is one of the four business pillars of the Grupo Repsol under the Strategic Plan 2024-2027, aimed at decarbonizing our product portfolio and strengthening the Company's position as a multi-energy provider nationally and internationally.
Your Objective: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the calculation of Contribution Margin and manage financial risk of the electricity generation portfolio.
Main Tasks:
Calculate Contribution Margin during accounting closing processes for various businesses (Renewables, Thermal Generation, and Representation) and report associated financial KPIs.
Prepare annual budgets (PA) and subsequent updates (UPA) covering all businesses and countries.
Weekly projections of results based on the best available information and prospective models. Compare with reference scenarios (PA/UPA).
Control the position of the electricity generation asset portfolio to measure associated risk and design coverage strategies, as well as report the Mark to Market (MtM) of financial products in the portfolio (PPAs, derivatives, etc.) and documentation for those designated as Accounting Coverages.
Develop processes and IT systems to create an efficient structure that optimizes the aforementioned tasks regarding data quality, results, and timelines.

You Will Fit the Role If:
You have at least 2 years of experience performing the described tasks.
Necessary skills: Autonomy and proactivity, teamwork, communication skills, analytical capacity.
English level equivalent to B2/C1.
You have experience with BI tools and ETRMs, database management, and programming (Excel and VBA), with knowledge of financial derivatives of commodities.
