Role As a Performance Media Buyer you will develop marketing campaigns that will drive traffic to our subscription products across a wide variety of verticals and geos. You will actively create, monitor and optimize campaigns for our portfolio of products with a double focus on escalation and positive ROAS. Your daily tasks will also involve data analysis, preparing reports for management, and proposals and contracts. You will report to your Management on a weekly basis. Responsibilities Media buy on Google Ads (mainly GDN but also Performance MAX & Search) and different programmatic DSPs (DV360, Smadex, Taboola and more) to reach the CPA Goals. Setup, manage and optimize campaigns. Use of internal tools, systems and processes to keep a daily track on the main KPIs (CPA / ARPU / ROAS...). Daily spend/revenue monitoring. A/B testing. Testing new products & segments. Proven technical capabilities and understanding, including the use of tracking pixels and server to server tracking systems, and creative optimization. Close interaction with marketing, operation, and business intelligence teams in order to interpret market insights, client data, and be able to react quickly and implement this back into the business. Direct reporting to the advertising manager. Finding new media buying opportunities inside the programmatic industry in order to test new DSPs. Profile You have a solid working knowledge of Google Ads & programmatic & RTB ecosystem, and understand the general needs of online advertising. Very detail-oriented with a meticulous approach and being able to manage multiple campaigns successfully. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Money conscious with an innovative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Proactive, a strong communicator able to involve the different teams in the project. Analytical mind, good with calculations and statistical interpretation. Problem-solving attitude. Requirements 3 years minimum experience as a media buyer in Google Ads and other programmatic DSPs is mandatory. Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel or Google spreadsheets. Perfect knowledge of the different performance-based pricing models (CPA, CPI, CPM, CPC, etc.). Experience managing Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager or any other similar tagging tool. Experience with Looker Studio is a plus. Experience implementing tracking systems. Fluent English & Spanish
