For one of our main IT customers based in Las Rozas (Madrid), we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for a maternity leave coverage.The person will be in charge to set strategy, build and launch digital marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize media spend budget/ROAS.Also be able to identify opportunities for new channels and initiatives and make the case to gain the resources and support needed to grow the business.General Data: Type of contract: Indefinite (implementation period from November 2024 to August 2025 inclusive) Model: Hybrid (2/3 days office attendance ) Hours: 09:00h.- 18:00h.
(40 hours) Location: Madrid Start Date: Immediate Salary range: 25 K-30 K Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize digital campaigns for the online store including Paid Search, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Display, Retargeting.Ongoing timely and accurate channel performance tracking, analysis, and actionable insights; Daily, Weekly, Monthly,Quarterly.Communicate performance and testing insights to the team and management.Manage media spent budget; Ensure media spend is efficient in driving campaign performance goals – i.E.Sales/ROAS and/or Awareness.Partner with channel team and marketing to develop new customer recruitment campaigns, serving as a digital expert.Stay up to date with customer acquisition best practices, with a persistent eye on new channels and competitor techniques.Required Skills: BA ecommerce Mgmt, or digital advertising.Certification: Google Adwords required.Preferred : 3+ years of performance marketing role.Excellent conversion analytics skills (you LOVE data, to optimize your campaigns).Experience with SA360, Microsoft Advertising, Adwords, Facebook Ads, Retargeting, Display (expert knowledge in at least one of these channels).Experience A/B testing landing pages and creatives.Advanced with Microsoft Excel and GA4 and AA.Have passion for performance online marketing and are constantly seeking out how to unlock new channels.Able to find it easy to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Being a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization.Languages: English: Advanced Level (Minimun C1).
