DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day management of paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and PinterestDevelop, optimize, and scale campaigns for multiple brands while achieving ROAS targetsContinuously test and evaluate targeting strategies, ad creatives, landing pages, and different approaches to improve results in app-based campaigns (Android and iOS)Regularly analyze campaign performance and KPIs to assess success and ensure alignment with goalsManage the complete creative development process, including user-generated content (UGC)Utilize your expertise in Paid Social to understand its role within the broader media mix and its impact on the client's overall business objectivesStay current on the latest best practices and strategies in paid social media and user acquisition. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in Russian both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) A degree in Marketing or a related field will be considered as a significant advantage Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media, with a primary focus on Facebook Ads and mobile paid social campaignsPrevious experience in EdTech or FinTech industries is a mustProven success in managing direct response social media campaignsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and manage reporting toolsProficient in MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.Solid technical understanding of social media buying platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedInHands-on experience with setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing paid social media campaignsExperience with reporting, tracking, and generating insights from campaign dataHigh level of initiative, autonomy, enthusiasm, and reliability.
