That's what awaits youAs a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for optimizing our online marketing campaigns. You will develop targeted strategies to promote the growth of our B2B customers. Your tasks will include the following:
Customer consulting and strategic support: you will provide our customers with expert advice on SEO and tracking issues, present results and make clear recommendations for optimizing their digital marketing strategies.Developing and implementing SEO strategies: You develop and optimize SEO concepts to increase our clients' organic visibility and traffic. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO measures and content creation.Tracking and performance analysis: You implement and monitor tracking setups (e.g. with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Matomo) and analyze relevant KPIs. You will be responsible for the continuous optimization of conversion rates and the identification of growth opportunities.Data-based optimization: Based on web analytics data, you will create meaningful reports and derive well-founded recommendations for action to increase campaign performance.SEA and paid media: You support the creation and optimization of paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and ensure that performance targets are met through structured monitoring.Continuous market and competitor analysis: You monitor current trends in SEO and tracking, analyze the competition and take proactive measures to improve performance.coma's marketing: You are responsible for independently managing our own coma marketing channels. That's what we expect from youSeveral years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEO and tracking.You are enthusiastic about marketing automation, SEO, lead generation and conversion tracking.Very good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, SEO tools, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and common reporting tools.You have experience in dealing with AI and integrating modern AI tools into your workflow to make our work even more efficient.A data-driven way of working and analytical skills.You show a high level of commitment and initiative.A passion for digital marketing trends and technical know-how in the field of tracking and web analytics.
