About The Role We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute our B2C marketing strategy, working closely with senior leadership and one of our co-founders with a marketing background. You will have the chance to build and grow a team, with 1-2 direct reports joining during the year, and potentially advance into a Head of Marketing role within the next 1-2 years. Key Responsibilities Include Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on Meta platforms. Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies ahead of the curve. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably with a strong focus on Meta platforms. Lead Generation Expertise: Proven track record in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns, with a strong understanding of full funnel analysis. Recognize that while CAC or CPL are important, focusing on later-stage funnel metrics is crucial for sustained growth. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand and leverage emotional and inspirational drivers to enhance conversion rates. Leadership Potential: Eagerness to grow into a leadership role, with previous team management experience being a plus.
