We are currently looking for qualified reinforcement for our Performance Marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will ensure the perfect playout of the advertising campaigns of our portfolio companies and thus guarantee an incomparable brand presence. To this end, we will provide you with sufficient resources with which you will independently and autonomously supervise and continuously optimize our performance marketing.
You observe the market environment, implement the latest trends and ensure that we are there today where our competitors will only be tomorrow. Are you digitally and technically inclined? Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics are your specialties? Do you like to take responsibility, are you a strategist as well as a creative and do you proactively drive new ideas? Then you are the perfect addition to our team!
Tasks You design, budget, plan and implement performance campaigns along all digital touchpoints of the lead funnel (with a focus on paid social and Google) on your own responsibility.
You analyze and define relevant target groups for our portfolio companies.
You define and monitor relevant KPI's, create reports, perform A/B testing and continuously optimize the performance of our ads.
You are in close contact with our Inhouse Creation and the various contact persons of our portfolio companies and provide conceptual support in the design of the ad creatives.
You manage and develop further interdepartmental processes and interfaces for the continuous optimization of the performance area.
You constantly screen and test other potential performance marketing channels (TikTok, YouTube etc.).
Requirements You have several years of professional experience in B2C/D2C performance marketing, preferably in the areas of lifestyle products/FMCG.
You have (ideally) studied business administration, marketing, media/economics or a comparable field of study.
You have experience with common attribution models and are familiar with Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.
Very good strategic and analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Great interest in the latest online marketing trends, as well as a strong get-things-done mindset.
Fluent in English (German would be a huge plus).
