Job DescriptionAs a Performance Marketing Manager, your role is to create and develop eCommerce advertising campaigns.
More specifically, you'll get to:
Optimise advertising campaigns to continually drive ROAS higher.Manage advertising campaigns in line with margins to enhance profitability.Understand our customer funnels and work with the CMO to create and execute digital marketing strategies.Work with our in-house content and development team to execute digital marketing campaigns.Make strategic recommendations to enhance advertising campaign landing pages to drive conversion rates higher.Work with our SEO consultant to devise and execute search marketing improvements with our content and development teams.Google tag and audience management.Provide weekly reports and explanations to management on performance and targets.Search and strive for growth opportunities within current marketing channels.Stay up to date with trends in digital advertising and identify new opportunities.The Successful ApplicantStarter with a passion for digital advertising:
At least 3 years experience managing paid search campaigns.Have worked within a paid performance agency or eCommerce company in a similar role before.Knowledge of search marketing and conversion optimisation.Striving to always improve and drive better results.Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Shopping etc.A love of data with strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.Whats on OfferPotential to be part of a rapidly growing industry.
