If you have a creative and innovative mind, Leadtech is looking for you!Responsibilities :Provide creative direction and leadership to the creative team, ensuring all projects are in line with the different goals.Create an efficient workflow to coordinate the creation of high performing video ads concepts with creative content specialists, motion graphic designers, influencers and external agencies.Clearly define problems, break down objectives, and transform them into inspiring creative briefs.Assist the creative team in conceptualizing comprehensive 360° content activations, including events and influencer extensions, to stand out in the competitive market.Analyze current industry trends across all social media channels: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and others platforms.Collaborate with Project and Mobile User Acquisition teams to translate business goals into compelling visual content.Analyze the performance data of the video ads on the different media channels with the paid acquisition team and steer the direction of future creative designs.Oversee the end-to-end project management of creative initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team members to excel in their creative roles.Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize projects based on strategic importance.Mentor, coach and assess and enhance the skills and capabilities of the creative team.Maintain a high standard of quality for all creative work, reviewing and approving designs, graphics, and multimedia content.Ensure all assets are consistent and visually appealing.Requirements :Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team of creatives.Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment.Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.Excellent verbal communication skills required.Strong passion for marketing is required
