Reporting to the Head of Career Management, Performance & Development, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to deploy talent and career development processes and projects. You will contribute to the growth of our employees and help build a future-ready workforce. You will be part of the wider People Development & Engagement (PDE) team.Day-to-Day Responsibilities* Design leadership framework making leadership development consistent across the organization. Design and implement programs that promote leadership development, team effectiveness and employee engagement.* Design and implement career maps and learning paths, liaising with PDE Special Points of Contacts (SPOCs) to roll out new HRIS systems to support career development paths.* Ongoing evaluation and design improvement of our talent and leadership programs, working with external partners, PDE SPOCs within the global business lines, Learning team and the business.* Supporting local countries to roll out local programs consistent with global requirements.* Managing budget and planning of local talent and leadership programs.* Designing and rolling out academies on specific topics such as sales, finance, product etc.* Inform and consult with Works Councils where required.* Utilise data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.* Transversal team activities: coordinate Top Employer audit for the team* Ad Hoc projects linked to the Development pillar of PDEWho Are We Looking For* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field* 4+ years of experience in people development, organization development, skills paths and talent management or related roles* Strong passion for people development and engagement.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Fluent in English - oral and written, additional languages are an advantage* High attention to detail, creative and analytical mindset* Motivated, proactive, and curious with a can-do attitude.* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a global, multicultural environment, the role will be a corporate based role
