If you want to be part of an international group, able to offer a wide variety of jobs in a dynamic and promising sector, we are waiting for you!We are looking for a Performance Analyst in MadridFunctions:Participation in the development of robust processes to execute booking in overall RGBU.Champion of 'best practice' for process and reporting (fix accurate and timely).Participation in KPI analysis based on data captured.Provide/participate with output forecast across the fleet.Support in monitorization of commercial performance.Follow regulatory framework to provide impact/opportunities in RGBU perimeter.Check real data and challenge forecast (commercial and fleet data).Proactively participate in communications to the business (e.g., incident alerts).Contribute to the RGBU strategy and definition of frameworks and dashboards.Requirements:0-2 years in Energy and technical departments with knowledge in data structure.Very valuable experience in multicultural and dynamic environments.Experience to build from scratch.Desirable Requirements:Fluent in English (spoken and written).Coding languages (preferably Python).BI knowledge.Communication/presentation skills, relationship management.Ability to work effectively in a global organization across different geographies.
