We are looking to cover a Performance Analyst position in Madrid.
Responsibilities:Participation in the development of robust processes to execute booking in overall RGBU.Champion of 'best practice' for process and reporting (ensure accuracy and timeliness).Participation in KPI analysis based on data captured.Provide/participate with output forecast across the fleet.Support in monitoring commercial performance.Follow regulatory framework to provide impact/opportunities in RGBU perimeter.Check real data and challenge forecasts (commercial and fleet data).Proactively participate in communications to the business (e.g., incident alerts).Contribute to the RGBU strategy and definition of frameworks and dashboards.Requirements:0-2 years in Energy and technical departments with knowledge in data structure.Very valuable experience in multicultural and dynamic environments.Experience to build from scratch.Desirable Requirements:Fluent in English (spoken and written).Coding languages (preferably Python).BI knowledge.Communication/presentation skills, relationship management.Ability to work effectively in a global organization across different geographies.
