People Technician Vacancy

SATLANTIS is seeking an HR Technician to provide support in the People department. Opportunity for professional internships.
Below is a detailed list of tasks to be performed. It is not expected that all tasks listed here will be carried out by a single person, but rather in cooperation with the rest of the team, with responsibilities assigned based on individual experience and capabilities.

Supporting the identification of needs and selection of profiles for the company;
Assisting in the complete onboarding process for new hires;
Supporting the update and classification of job descriptions;
Managing employee registrations and terminations in the relevant databases;
Providing support in personnel-related tasks for the company's subsidiaries;
Assisting in the development of teambuilding activities and employee development plans;
Supporting the management of Training plans;
Assisting in the management of the Equality Plan;
Supporting internal communication (latest news, new hires, events…);
Managing and coordinating employee flex time, vacations, and absences.

Position Requirements:

Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a similar field;
Master's degree in Human Resources Management;
Effective communication skills as a key management competency;
Proactivity as a key management competency;
Flexibility as a key management competency;
Problem-solving and organizational skills as key management competencies.

Languages:

C1 level of Spanish and English.
