About the Role As a People Lead at Redpin, you will be a key member of our newly formed and rapidly evolving global People and Workplace Team. Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, Erin Zas, this senior-level individual contributor role is designed for someone who will serve as a trusted and strategic partner to our sales leadership team and our 120+ employees based in Spain and Portugal. What You'll Do Strategic Partnership: Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with senior leadership, becoming a key and influential member of their extended leadership teams. Guide these leaders through critical people-related processes, including performance management cycles, growth strategy development, compensation planning, employee engagement initiatives, and comprehensive workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Leadership Coaching: Provide tailored coaching and development for leaders, equipping them with the skills and confidence to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, drive performance, and foster positive team dynamics. Empower leaders to navigate HR challenges independently, enhancing their effectiveness and autonomy in managing their teams. Employee Advocacy: Act as a neutral, approachable, and confidential resource for employees to discuss sensitive or complex issues. Lead employee relations cases with a focus on fair, consistent, and timely resolution, ensuring all actions are aligned with company policies and legal requirements. Advocate for employees while balancing the needs of the organisation. Project Management: Lead and manage a variety of people-focused projects at both local and global levels, aimed at enhancing people operations and developing scalable talent solutions. Oversee the successful execution of these projects, ensuring they contribute to the long-term effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes and systems. People Insights: Regularly provide comprehensive people data dashboards to business leaders, accompanied by actionable insights. Use these data-driven recommendations to align HR strategies with future business needs and priorities, helping to anticipate and address workforce trends and challenges. Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the central people operations and payroll teams, offering additional support when needed to ensure a smooth and positive employee journey. This includes addressing day-to-day HR operational needs, ensuring consistency, and promoting a cohesive employee experience across the organization. What You'll Need Proven People Partnership Experience: Demonstrated experience as a People Partner within a dynamic, fast-paced technology company. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with a focus on driving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is highly desirable. Labour Law Expertise: Extensive understanding of Spanish and Portuguese labour laws, including regulations around employment contracts, employee benefits, and workplace compliance. Strong background in managing complex employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance while fostering a positive work environment. Sales Partnership: Significant experience in partnering with sales teams, providing guidance and coaching on organisational structure, performance management, compensation strategies, and incentive programs. Skilled in developing and implementing performance plans that drive sales success. HR Foundations Development: Proven track record in designing and implementing HR solutions in early-stage environments, with a focus on building strong HR foundations. Experience in creating scalable HR processes and frameworks that support rapid company growth and changing business needs. Field Sales Connectivity: Willingness and ability to travel extensively along the Southeastern coast of Spain to maintain strong, in-person connections with the field sales organisation. Committed to fostering close relationships and ensuring alignment between HR and sales functions.
